By submitting your works, artists enter into an agreement with the Inglewood Eucalyptus Distillery Museum Incorporated (the Organiser) to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

The theme of the Art Show 2025 is "Eucalyptus", all aspects of Eucalyptus.
General Terms:
1. Each art work must be the original un-copied work of the exhibitor who must be a resident of Australia.
2. Each art work will be for sale at the price nominated by the artist on the entry form. Artist’s must remember to include GST where applicable.
3. All entries must be made through the advertised website or physical registration at the Museum. If you have difficulties with the on-line registration or entry to the Art Show, ask for help via the contact number below.
4. Types, numbers and sizes of art works must conform to the Acceptable Art Works section of this website.
5. The Organisers reserve the right to not accept a work of art and to limit the number of exhibits.
Section Categories
Works can be in any medium of oil, acrylic, watercolour, pastel, mixed mediais and drawing. Please identify if the artist is in the youth category (i.e. less than 16 years at Art showing ).
Key Dates
The key date related conditions are as follows:
1. Art works will only be considered if they are submitted by the Closing Date
2. Art works must be delivered to the Art Show venue during the dates and times set aside for Delivery as detailed on the section of this Website. No late works will be displayed.
3. All art works must remain on display for the full duration of the Art Show
4. All art works must be collected from the Art Show venue during the designated Collection times as detailed in the Terms and Conditions section of the Website.
Fees and commissions:
1. An entry fee, as detailed in the Terms and Conditions will be charged for each art work on acceptance into the show.
2. A commission, detailed in the section of this website, will be deducted from the catalogue price if the work is sold.
Prize Money:
1. Prizes will be awarded in designated categories detailed on the Prizes section of the this website.
2. Prizes are at the sole discretion of the Organisers and/or the appointed Judge. The Judge’s decision is final.
3. The Organisers and / or the Judge may decide not to award a prize in a given category for a given year depending on the quality or number of works exhibited.

* The Inglewood Town Hall Art Prize: $ 500 Sponsor: Town Hall Committee.
* Encouragement Awards for emerging artists: Total $1000 prize money
Catalogues:
1. The Committee may arrange for, and the exhibitor permit, the publication and sale to the public of a catalogue containing all entries accepted and the names and other particulars of the exhibitors, but the Committee does not accept any responsibility for error, wrong description, omission, or any other defect in the publication of such catalogue.
2. The proceeds of sale of the catalogues are exclusively those of the Committee, to be applied by it in defraying the expenses of the exhibition and for charitable purposes.
Insurance:
1. The organisers will not have insurance cover of all works for the duration of the exhibition.
2. It is recommended that each Artist arrange his/her insurance to cover loss or damage not covered by the above policy, including transit.
Responsibilities:
1. Artists accept responsibility for freight and other charges incurred in the delivery or return of an entry.
2. Artist’s are responsible for keeping their mobile, email address, GST and EFT payment details up to date on the website registration system to ensure they receive updates before, during and after the Show, and the appropriate payment for sold artworks.
Publicity:
The Artist permits photography, filming and other reproduction of their works for the promotion of the exhibition and sales that may include publication in any form of media.

Each artist will establish the price of the artwork including commission. Any purchase of works on display can be made during the Art Show with the administration desk team and payment made. Artworks will be marked as sold and remain on display until the end of the show. Identification and receipt will be required for collection.
You can purchase tickets in person at the museum's ticket counter.
Entry fee will be $5 per adult during the Art Show. Children <16 free entry.
Yes, in the kiosk area but not in the museum galleries.
Yes, the carpark, and extended car parking as well as both sides of Grant Street. .
Yes, the Museum is registered as a Deductible Gift Recipient (DGR). Donations will be receipted if requested. For larger donations, contact the Secretary or Treasurer for a more formal receipt.
